Chrome plating 444-544

Mark,
If you find one, let us know. I've checked out a couple that advertise in Hemming's. They do beautiful work, but they are pricey. I've talked with a local, professional who buys, restores, and then sells American cars, and he told me that he never has anything rechromed. If he knows he can't get the chrome new, or like new, he doesn't tackle the project. I've heard rumors that there are some in Quebec who do good work for a reasonable price and who, since I'm in Maine, could be an option for me, but I haven't been able to track one down yet. Perhaps one of our Canadian friends would like to chime in on this subject.
Bob S.
