O-Drive Relay or Blinker Relay? 120-130

The swap continues thanks to everyone for thier help so far.
On the drivers side fender wall is an OE relay with overdrive written on it. Two wires are connected to the harness and two are unattached with electrical tape around the spade connections. The car had an M40 when purchased by me. I am trying to figure out if this is the "normal" connection (not the electrical tape)for the blinkers or did my car have overdrive in a previous life? And I should try and wire it back in?
