For what it's worth

I have been having the ol' a/c cuts out while accelerating problem. Last night I took the vaccuum check valve out of the line and gave it the ol' "suck" test. Lo and behold, it seemed like it was kinda stuck. I took my air gun and blew through it the "right" way and re-did the "suck' test and Viola'...no more sticking!

I put it back together, and the "cut out" problem dissapeared. I did several WOT runs and the air just kept blowin' like it shoulda. I suspect it is only a temporary fix, but it did eliminate the bad servo (?) under the dash as the problem.

I don't know if this helps anyone, but it sure made me feel better!
