What was it revving at the time?

I would have to say that even at my least conservative, I'd have to say
that you can't use those parts any more. OUCH!!

Any idea how much boost it had to do that?

Is 9mm the width of the flanges of the rod? I think even B18s are a lot
wider than that!

Most of the blower systems I know about have a spring-loaded waste gate,
which I think might be a pretty good idea, at least to prevent overboost.
