Where is the coolant temperature sensor on B21FT? 200

Hi,
I have a 240 Turbo (not intercooler), and gas consumption is so bad, about 10 miles / galon!, looking on my haynes manual I think the problem are the coolant temperature sensor. I waste about 1/2 day looking for this sensor and I cant find it. Anybody knows how can I find it? and is this sensor the same of the thermal cut-out switch?, where I find information on the web for the location of this sensor? looking the ECU, where is the pin 7?

Edwin
