245 Wiring Harness Rear Door Hinge - Success! 200 1990

This weekend I repaired the broken wiring harness in my 1990 wagon's right rear door hinge. Now, the rear door window wiper and the automatic door lock work perfectly. I purchased a new wiring harness from Ipd for $20 and installed it - no splicing of wires needed. I had typed in my procedure to a post here, but lost it somehow before I could hit submit. I am tired so I will post my steps for repair later. It went pretty well, so if anyone is interested, give me an email address and I will email you. FYI, the headliner at the rear of car comes off really easy by grasping the membrane between the thumb and forefinger and pulling back like a bowstring. This is really hard for a beginner to visualize, but it is incredibly simple.
