You didn' t mentioned the thermostat,

probably is doens' t open/close not more effectivly.

If you live in a modest climate;
change your engine coolant concentration towards 30% glyc0l/70 % water!!
Its one of the tricks which are nowere written down.

Heat transfer capacities of water are superior against ANY other known substance.
