Ac clutch bolt Loose. How do you tighten. 700

Hey Everyone.
For the past couple of weeks I've been hearing a tinging noise when driving.
Went and looked at my ac compressor and found that the front bolt (10mm) is loose. You have the very front piece (shaped like a trinagle) on front of the pulley. And directly behind it is a plate this plate is loose and hitting the front of the pulleys. My ac works fine at low mph but once you get going it is not as effectice. Is my clutch bad? I had it converted over a couple of years ago and it has worked great until recently. Any info is gratefully appreciated.
PS
I'm the original owner and should be hitting 200k this week. I know the mileage is no big thing for volvo's, but still am excited.
Thanks CJ
