Power Antenna Install 200 1984

Depending on your location (winter ice or not) I would go a step further than the OEM up or down only power antenna. Mine froze in the up position after driving home in an a slushy ice mess of a storm. When I turned off the car, the antenna stayed up and the antenna motor stripped the gears in the mast. If I ever get the inclination to fix it, I am putting a switch before the motor that will allow me to control whether the antenna stays up or not.
