E-brake cable mounting bracket? 120-130 1966

Guys;

Don't those mount by way of a screw into the tapped backing plate?...so the question is: Are the threads still good of did they get bunged during dissassembly? ...not a big problem though, you could aways use longer hardware and nylocks...or better yet, spot-weld some nuts on the inside of backing plate for the screws to pick up. Did somebody say anti-seize?

I'm replacing some e-brake cables on a car soon...I'll be preping them with AS also...
