b20 head on a b18 block

If you pull the engine and bore to 3.500 you can fit B20 pistons and
for most purposes (except additional overbore) you'll have a B20.
Like Don says you need to plug the injector and other holes. I made
an aluminum plate to block the auxiliary air valve hole and left the
temp sensor in that hole. 7/8" soft plugs do a good job in the injector
holes and are cheap and quick to install. Never had a leaking problem
with them in almost 20 years now. Everything else fits fine.
