Another AC question 900

while cruising the vents put out 40 degrees, but in stop&go traffic it climbs to 55-60 degrees. My question is would adding another fan to the outside of the condensor(to increase air-flow) help keep the vent temps down. I also have a new oriface tube to replace, just not done yet.Another question-is the tube location on the 94 960 on the frame support ater it drops down from the fire wall about just a little short of mid engine location.None of my books show it and there is a connection there and it looks like the line is a little puffed right there to accept the tube,I dont want to take the system down and find out it's not there.the radiator and condensor have been cleaned, the cooling fan is operating properly and when I turn the car off you can hear the AC system equalizing(a hissing sound)for almost a minute. My wifes 92 960 does not do that and it's the same system although the compressors look slightly different. thanks Dave
