1st timing belt cange 200

i'm planning on changing my tming belt this week for the first time. inspected drive belts and the all need replacement too. was hoping for any helpful hints in the process. do i really need that special volvo tool to hold the crank shaft, or does a screwdriver do the trick? also, should i expect to need a puller to remove the crank? i would like to have all the necessary equipment on hand before i begin.

many thanks all
