fuel problem 200 1984

i am ahving this same exact problem with my 245gtl 84 turbo wagon, starts and immediately dies, if you keep your foot in it it will run above 200 rpm but not smoothly and does the same thumping in the air flow plate area. trying to backfire thru there i assume. changed plugs wires caap and rotor. ohmed all out good , found vacuum leak once repaired and worked slightly better to get it to the new house anyway, now its doing the smae thing again. starts and runs for approx. 1 second then dies, will run at highre rpms bu not well adn wont ssaty enough to drive somewhere. this car has the cis injection and turbo obviously.....any help ? anyone????????
