Installing Tach 200 1980

I'm thinking of buying a tach from Ebay. It is the center mounted tach. the seller says that the hook up is already on the car. I have the instrument cluster off (fixing the odometer gear). Where would the tach hook up to? He says it is the pre 80 model but my cluster has the removable center mount so I am assuming it will fit on mine.
