Fuel injection codes - mystery 900

I have the Lambda light on permanently on my 1995 940 Polar (Belgian spec) with B230FK engine. Was this ever sold in the US? It bascially is a B230FT with lower compression to make it more economical, it has about 135 bhp. Good enough for me. Anyhow, I pulled the codes and pin 2 says 2-4-1 which reads as NA for LH2.4 and EGR flow too low for Motronic. However, further on the FAQ says that some LH2.4 cars have a second code box marked B, I have this box. So, which system do I have or how can I tell which system I have? What does my code mean? I have pulled it six times so I know it is correct.
