Coolant coming out!!!!!! 140-160 1971

Are we talking about a B20 or B30? (not that it makes a lot of difference).
My guess is also a head gasket. You might have a bit of head warpage but
I would guess that the lower end is still in good shape. Pull the head
and look at the gasket and see where there is water. (Before you pull the
cylinder head, siphon coolant with a 1/4" tube down through the thermostat
opening to be sure that it doesn't get in from the cylinder head. Make sure
the tube goes well down into the block by marking a point about 6" or so from
the end and being sure that it is flush with the top of the head, or nearly so,
before you start siphoning. BTW don't swallow the coolant. Even though it's
sweet is isn't good.)
