rear main seal 200 1991

I am in the middle of pulling out tranny to replace rear seal leak (at 150,000 miles) - has been leaking for years (flame trap ok) - this forum has been so so much help to me and has saved me lots of $$. If any one can help me on this subject. I am using a chiltons owners manual which does not give great detail but thats what I have. Anyway, its states to remove the bracket and throttle cable from the "dashboard" - 1) where can I find this?? - also, remove the converter attaching bolts - I know about the housing bolts, I've pulled the 2 plastic housing screens on bottom of tranny, I don't see any bolts holding converter to the flyweel, 2) will the converter just come out with the tranny??
Also, 3) how do I remove the speedometer from the case?? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!
