I am saved 700

Hello to all
I just came off the phone with a friend at the junk yard and it seems I AM FINALY GOING TO GET AN ENGINE CONVERTION. He is willing to swap my parts and give me all the new parts required for $650 (is that price fair) If this goes through I won't have to post so much junk messages anymore. However The work is left to me I am going to do the installation myself. And I need some advice as to were to start. what exact parts are different between b230f and b230t and seeing as I have no job how much days will it take me.
Thanks for all the help i have receved in the past and thanks to whoever responds
