This car sounds questionable. Nothing personal, you're the one who is mentioning the little things you are noticing.

Basically, they're solid cars so they'll almost always drive nice.

But there is a world of difference between a car that has been cleaned up and a car that has been kept clean, if you follow me. I hope you can wait until you find the one that just "feels right" through and through. BTW, I'll bet the dealers have been sitting on those higher priced cars for a while and you might be able to get a better deal.
