AC drive belt loosening??? 200 1987

I was doing a little scouting under the hood for timing belt replacement. I was able to loosen all the drive belts except the AC. There seemed to be two bolts to loosen to allow the compressor to pivot and thusly loosen the belt. The one bole, with the adjuster screw, was easy enough, BUT the second bolt seemed really tricky to get to. It's located under the PS unit, and I couldn't find enough room to get at it. Any tips from you timing belt masters out there?

thank you thank you
