I would hook up a tach direct to the coil to check the dash one out.. Any tech worth 2 cents will have one.. You probably have one...

If not and you want to take a cruise Ossipee way sing out... I still have my tach, dwell, volt meter.. It have 4, 6, and 8 clys ranges... In case you did get a 6 cly tach in error.

Then you can know. If it is a matter of calibration you can know that too. Mac
