knock, knock 200 1977

Greetings all-

My brick has been developing this knock that I am having great difficulty identifying; it has the B21F engine and about 150k miles. I am aware of the "piston slap" on the B230, but I am not sure that this would apply to the B21F motors. When I listen to the sound, it is defintely coming from the upper portion of the head, and it is the loudest immediately above piston #2. I can hear it well when I put my ear close to the manifold cover. I have made a .wav file of the sound:

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks-

Joe HC
