Throttle body cleaned, IAC cleaned, idle still low 700 1991

The idle on my 745Ti is about 600 rpm. My understanding is that the idle on these cars is supposed to be about 750 rpm. The car runs perfectly with the idle at that speed, but the oil pressure light comes on. (Don't worry, my mechanic checked the oil pressure at idle and it is fine. It is normal for this car to have some lighting of the oil pressure light at idle.)

I cleaned the throttle body, checked the vacuum hoses, and no change. I adjusted the throttle position sensor exactly as I am supposed to (it clicks as soon as the butterfly opens, and clicks off when it closes). Then I cleaned the idle air control motor, and again, no change.

Is the idle for this car supposed to be 600 rpm? My '86 744 GLE idles at 750 rpm, but the idle can be adjusted with the screw on the throttle body. My 745 does not have that screw. Thanks.
