Front Fog Lights...A Dealer Option? 200

When I purchased my '86 240 DL, there were damaged front fogs beneath the bumper, which were obviously aftermarket and totally wrong. The switch, however, is clearly Volvo: centered in the control panel and wired professionally. I left the wiring intact and removed the lights, greatly enhancing the appearance as well as owner satisfaction!

I'd like to replace them, but I want the right ones, mounted in the right location. I've never seen them on another 240, and I've got no idea how they were originally supposed to be.

Were these a dealer option? Chilton says they were, but there's no picture or diagram. Does anyone out there know more about these? I'd sure appreciate a clue or two, as I want it to be OEM correct. Thanks so much... Brendan.
