1987 m-47 160k driveline clunking 200

Is it my u-joints or bearings. I will be taking this to my mechanic and want to replace everything while it is apart. The clunking was coming and going and is not a whirring noise. It is more persistant now and time to have it looked at. What is the time (labor)for this and what should i have replaced while things are apart. Thanks Bobski
