Gas gauge irregularities, Static radio 200

Two things guys. First my gas gauge goes up and down. It will read half full, a quarter full and then a minute later back up to half etc. Can someone list a checklist.

Second the radio lcd display is blank and the radio is pure static and with the radio on screams (high pitched) with acceleration. It also sounds like its scanning but not recieving. Both of these things are frustrating since they are things we take for granted so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Steven
