Power antenna kill switch?

Cen someone explain to me (step-by-step-like so even I can understand....) how to install a switch which would prevent the power antenna from powering up with the ignition, and just work with the stereo on/up and off/down?

I want to use an antenna switch from a 200 as part of the installation. To make it blend in nicely with the othere controls.
