You'd better put the spare back in before you really need it!
I am pretty sure that with the items you can remove conveniently you
will barely (if at all) be able to tell the difference in acceleration
and probably there will be no measurable difference in top speed.
You can do better with streamlining (maybe an air dam) and more power.
