1988 volvo 740 GLE B230F Update and help still Needed...

Hi everbody,
I posted a message about my 1988 volvo 740 running rough, having a rough idle (idle goes down all the way 500rpms and suddenly picks up till 1100-1200 rpms and then drops to 900rpms.. ) and boghing/hesitation/missing on steady throttle.. So i changed the ign rotor, Cab. and then installed new spark plug wires, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter... i replaced the plastic air intake between the amm and the throttle body.. My next step is to clean the throttle body and see how it is going to run.. But i like to learn how to check the sensors if they r wotking rite or not.. i am not sure if my engine has a pcv valve.. BTW it used to strat at the first try but now it starts on the second try.. i was wondering if this whole thing is a fuel pressure plroblem.. Pls help and show me the way to check fuel pressure ect...
