84 Volvo 240, stalling out after running 1/2 hour or so 200

I have an 84 240, fuel pumps were replaced about 4 months ago, relays are new, new coil wire, plugs and distributor. It seems occasionally after running for about a half hour (trip home) the car begins to stumble above 3k rpms. It acts its running out of fuel. I pull over to the side of the hwy, turn the key off, and then turn it right back on and it runs fine the rest of the way home. This has happened a few times now, each time similar circumstances, the weather has been warmer than usual in the NW as of late and so far I've only had trouble in temps above 90. The car seems to be fine temp wise, it is as simple as turning off the car and restarting it within seconds. Also worth noting, this has happened 3 times in the last 2 months or so, therefore it doesn't seem like anything you can set your watch to. Any ideas?
Thanks for any assistance
