Blower Motor Problems... 200

Mine did those same sort of things when it crapped out. Fixing it is on the list of repairs to become a Brickboard certified Volvo Tech....

There are different schools of thought on the repair. The way I proceded was to leave as much of the dash in place in possible (basically just the top part that cracks, pretty much the rest comes out). Someone will probably be able to procure the link for one persons adventures with replacement.

The other school of thought is to take all the dash out. Supposedly its much easier to get to everything and takes about as long.

Its a major pain either way.

Good news, the wiper linkage is right in there....
