Thanks for the info, Rob. If I was still in Danbury ('85 to '93) I'd be checking things out in Waterford for sure. Good to hear that what I'd been told is true, but makes it harder to give up. This was one of those deals where son comes up with a good deal and dad comes up with the gelt. Comprende?
