Door detent springs 200 1992

The drivers door on my '92 245 will no longer hold itself open. I believe this is simply from wear, because the back doors hold very strongly.

Is there an adjustment to stiffen up the spring? I'm really tired of the door closing on my leg.

Failing that, Do the front and rear doors use the same hinges? At first glance it looks like they do, and if so I might just rotate my hinges from front to rear to solve the problem.
