Weird start 200

Hi,

recently i fought an intermittent start problem by resoldering the fuel pump relay. It helped a bit, but now I face another issue, sometimes it happens, sometimes not: when I turn the key into START position, starter turns some time, then about a quarter of second waits, then cranks again, stops, starts, stops, starts until engine starts or I give up. My in-tank fuel pump and O2/lambda sensor don't function, but as I know, it causes other problems than such start behaviour. I have my starter repaired 4000 km ago. Any ideas?
