Replacement headlights 900

I was tired of the old yellow plastic headlights even after polishing and decided to pick some new aftermarket up for about $70 each. They look great after installing but the first time I drove it at night the light pattern is absolutely pitiful. I even used the same bulbs as the old headlights. The light pattern is narrow and side to side. Absolutely the worse headlights I've driven in some time. Now I'm looking around for the best price on VOLVO replacement headlights. Can anyone beat $250 each? I don't have the factory fogs next to the headlights but do have the factory fogs under the bumper. That's about the best I've seen online. Thanks!
