Fair '66 Pricing? 120-130

Hello, this will be my first venture into Brickboard territory (just an FYI)... I'm considering buying a '66 122 wagon that is in excellent mechanical condition and the exterior has recently been repainted (no dents/dings). The rear seats are torn and the floormats are ripped. Other than that, the wagon drives/runs great. I need any ones opinion on fair or reasonable pricing for this classic. The private party is asking $2500 firm, does this sound fair?
Thanks for any help/input, I'm just not sure where to find values for this car.
