no high beams or a low coolant sensor. 700

Two minor problems. 1. When I flick the lever for high beams to the *on* position they will not stay on. If I hold it in place the high beams will light up but as soon as I let go of the lever they go off. I am guessing this is a bad relay. Which one is it and is it possible to solder it back to good health?

2.I've noticed the 3 times I was loosing coolant there was no warning light on my dash. I thought there was suppose to be a low coolant sensor? How do I fix mine or is there some way to make and install a better one?

Thank You!
