Excess Condesation from A/C coming from under dash?? 200

I recently purchased a 1991 V-240 with 49K original miles. The car is running great but I'm getting excessive condensation coming from under the passenger side dashboard.

I've taken it to a Volvo Specialist. He said, for whatever reason, the factory-insulation around the 3/4" & 1/2" aluminum pipes (extending from the evap coil to the firewall)is missing.

So far, he has been unable to find this type of insulation. He said the evap coil comes from the factory with insulation already installed. As an interim fix, he used the roll-type insulation commonly used on the older model 240s (copper pipes on evap coil).........This is NOT working. Water still drips, just slower.

Does anyone know where to find the proper insulation for the newer model 240s or how I might remedy this?

Thank you,
TampaV-Dan
