condensor fan... or there lack of. 900 1993

Isnt my '93 940 turbo supposed to have a condensor fan? I only seem to have the single electric radiator fan, which has to pull through the radiator, intercooler, and finally the condensor. I seem to be having trouble with the a/c at a standstill, but once moving (even if coasting with the engine at idle) it's ok. I vacuumed the system for about an hour and charged 2.07lbs just to rule it out. Still has the problem. Today I'm going to install a fan on the front of the condensor to see if it helps. I'm just confused because my '91 740 n/a had one, but then again it also had a belt driven fan as well.
