OD problems AGAIN!

Hi, I have resoldered the OD relay in my 93 240, after fixing the one on the 90 240 about 8months ago, and everything have been fine until a road trip (of course!) After hitting the low point in a high speed dip (downhill and then up) and being pressed into the seat and then starting back up the hill, the OD cut out. The switch no longer "clicks" and the yellow arrow stays lit on the dash. I checked later and the fuse blew. I replaced it and was fine for about 2 weeks and it happened again, on a highway dip. Blown fuse. Is this a short somewhere under the car and caused by the tranny/chassis flexing? I checked the wire in the shifter area for frays but it looked fine. Does the wire go from the switch to the relay and to the soleniod? I found a post about bypassing the switch months ago but cant find it again.

thanks for any help/insight. Art
