Bosch Dizzy Cap and Wire Problem, Mfg Defect? 900

New Bosch OEM distributor cap and Bosch Opti-Coil Mag Core wires were received from FCPG and I noticed that the terminal ends of the new wires that go into the cap do not clip or snap onto the pins in the cap. They are just loose. Same with the coil wire.

Has anyone else had this problem? Mfg defect? I suppose I'll have to go with the Bougicord unless they have some good Bosch wires.

The distributor needs a new seal as it was leaking oil into the 184k mile dizzy cap and rotor. That's 2 for 2 now. I didn't care for that job the first time. Beats a few hundred for a new one.
