Master Cylinder Replacement And Bleeding: Conflicting Advice Got Me Confused! 200 1988

I am in the process of getting all the tools and materials ready to replace the brake master cylinder on my '88 240. I asked about this the other day and got some conflicting advice that has me puzzled. My intention is to remove the old MC, install the new one, bench bleed the new MC while it is installed on the brake booster using the NAPA MC bleeding kit, and then bleed the whole brake system. I intend to bleed the whole system and replace the brake fluid using a home made pressure unit that utilizes a garden sprayer attached to a modified MC cap that will pressurize the brake system and inject pressurized new DOT 4 into the system. Is there a problem with the method I just described? Will I damage the new MC by bleeding it while it is attached to the booster? I really do not have a vise to clamp the MC into nor do I have a bench to bench bleed this from so I had intended to use the power brake booster to get the same effect. Should I forgo the MC bleeding and just assume the pressurizing of the system will take care of this when I hook up my contraption? Sorry to be a PIA but I am not sure what to do as I got a bit of conflicting advice. I am grateful to any advice that comes my way but am a bit unsure of what to do as I head out to do this thing.
