Thanks: Don Foster 200

Just wanted to say thank you to Don Foster for placing a photo on the forum in 2001 about soldering OD relays. He showed a pink jumper wire across a burned-out trace. Said it was from the bare wire to the solenoid shorting out. Guess what? He was 100% right and saved me a bunch of time and $$. I found a bare wire and fixed it(thought it was broken cause I had moved it a few days earlier) doing something else. Went ahead and replaced it still no OD. Checked the relay it was not working pulled it and say a burned spot on the board. Installed a jumper and vahla OD again. Thanks for the tip. It pays to search the achives.
