Tranny flush question -- what size hose? 200 1989

After successfully changing the PS fluid and flushing the coolant, I plan on tackling the tranny fluid this weekend for the first time. I've been reading some instructions sent to me by Art, as well as other links online + iPD's instructions for their kit, so it should be fun (and easy)!

I'm going to buy a 5' hose to attach and drain, but what size hose should I buy so that I can clamp the hose to the upper radiator fitting?

Also, I'll want to stay with a non-synthetic fluid, so any recommendations of brands, or doesn't it really matter what I use as long as it is Dexron III (II-compatible)? Type-F is a "no-no", right?

Thanks guys!
