940 Turbo Wagon stalling while AC is on, hard restart. 900 1994

Hello all,
Have been trying to find the cause of an intermittant stalling trouble on the Turbo wagon. Seems only when in drive with the AC on. Also another symptom as of late, while driving along, it seems as though the throttle cable is gone, drops to idle then it will pick up again while playing with the gas. The tach doesn't drop below idle level, and it starts accelrating again after a few seconds. I've looked at things that I know, vac hoses, pcv system , throttle body, electrical connections and grounds, all seems to be fine. Any ideas??
