How much should I pay for a '73 1800ES? 1800 1973

I have the opportunity to purchase a 1973 P-1800ES for the asking price of $6000. From what I've been told, everything is original with the exception of the upolstery and the usual wear-and-tear items like brakes, clutch, etc. I want to go take a look at it, but I want to have an idea of what kind of price range I should consider offering if everything looks good.

This is the first time that I have seriously considered the purchase of an 1800, so if you have any suggestions of things that I should look at and pay close attention to before offering something for it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
