where to jack on the engine? 200

Safety? I'm no model for that. Actually I picked up that channel before pulling the oil sump, so I couldn't very well jack from the bottom for that job. But I've used the 2x4 under the oil pan only later wondering if it does any good for the oil pan gasket's seal, so now I just drag out that hunk of channel and leave the area under the car clear to work.

I could tell some stories about safety, but then I'd just be removing the last shred of doubt as to how stupid I can get.
