Throttle switch replaced; idle still low 700 1991

I replaced the TPS on my turbobrick and the idle is only slightly better - no flickering oil light when a/c is not on, but it flickers with the a/c on.

I want to solve the problem of the idle not increasing when the a/c is on, and I want to solve the problem of my idle being 600 rather than 750.

I have cleaned the throttle body, set the switch (a new one)correctly, and cleaned the idle air control motor. The Air Mass Meter is good (according to my indy mechanic) and I have a new O2 sensor to install. Do IAC's go bad? What are the symptoms? In the IPD catalogue they say one of the symptoms can be low idle.

Tonight I am going to use fuel-injection cleaner to clean all the vacuum hoses and IAC hoses; maybe that will help.

At this rate I am going to end up with all new fuel injection components!

Thanks.
