crane ignition engine misfires 140-160

It was running like a top at first. Now I find that it has a definate misfire (or two) when i start it up and it doesnt go away until the engine warms up, then i turn the motor off and start it again. I was thinking cold injection but that doesn't account for the misfire going away after restarting the engine...

Any ideas? I am running resistor type plugs, maybe i should switch those out for non resistor types. I am really stumped though...
